3d Design and Game Design

Description

Give your child the chance to unlock their creativity and explore the world of 3D design and game development in our exciting, hands-on day camp! Using user-friendly tools like TinkerCad for creating 3D models and MIT Scratch for coding interactive games, campers will immerse themselves in a world of digital innovation where imagination meets technology; not only will they learn how to bring their ideas to life, but they'll also build a strong foundation in problem-solving, logical thinking, and design principles that will stay with them for years to come. Whether they are designing their own characters, building digital environments, or coding their own interactive stories and games, this camp provides a fun, collaborative atmosphere where children can experiment, innovate, and gain invaluable skills that can spark their passion for STEM in a way that feels exciting, accessible, and totally engaging. From beginners to budding tech enthusiasts, our camp offers a safe, inspiring space to dive into the future of technology while developing confidence, creativity, and teamwork in every project; each child will leave the camp with new skills, fresh ideas, and perhaps even a game of their own to share with friends and family.

Before class starts please create a free online TinkerCAD account at this link. Click here. Bring your user name and password with you in case we use the online edition.

This camp is for ages 9 to 13.
