Summer Camp Financial Aid

Brick Works Academy does not have any direct financial aid programs. You are welcome to explore other community agencies for funding options.

Funding from other agency sources

Outlined below is the process we follow with most of the social service agencies in the region:

1. We require a confirmation letter from the organization/agency indicating the amount of the camp fees they will be covering for the named child.  This letter should be on the agency's letterhead.  The letter can be sent via email to admin@brickworksacademy.com. The balance owing will need to be paid by the family.

2. The parent can apply for the child's camp online - complete all steps up to but not including the payment step.  This does not guarantee a spot for the child.  Timing between the preliminary registration by the parent and receiving the confirmation letter from the agency may impact whether the spot is still available or not.

3. Once we have the confirmation letter and the preliminary registration has been completed by the parent, we can finalize the registration.  We will then create an invoice to send to the agency.  Once payment has been received, we will update the online account.

Some of the fantastic organizations in our community that are providing funds to financially disadvantaged children so they can join us at camp this summer.  If you are in need of aid or are in a position to donate please visit the sites listed below. The Ontario Camp Association has published a list of agencies supporting students in camps in ontario. There is a chance one of these agencies may be able to help your child attend our camp or one of the quality OCA accredited camps in Ontario. click here to visit their list.
