Workshops are appropriate for any level of Lego robot designer from the complete novice to a seasoned expert. We will divide into groups and master design, construction, and programming of our robots. Then we will put our robots to the test in a fun competition, completing a number of tasks.
Brick Works Academy's Saturday morning enrichment programme will extend over 7 weeks of activities, starting Sept 21st and ending Nov 30th. We will be skipping the occasional week to accommodate Thanks Giving weekend and some functions at our host church.
Dates the programme will run are as follows:
- Saturday September 21st
- Saturday September 28th
- Saturday October 19th
- Saturday October 26th
- Saturday November 9th
- Saturday November 23rd
- Saturday November 30th
The programme will run from 9:30am to 12:00 noon

Ages: 9 to 14 Robotics
(Ages 7, to 9 Mechanics)
Cost: $175 plus HST for 7 weeks

Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks notice to the start of the intended registered session, a full refund minus a 25% processing fee will be given. Cancellation requests with less than 2 weeks notice will be charged a 50% processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellations given with less than 48 hours notice regardless of cause.
For the safety of all participants disruptive behaviour or bullying will not be permitted at Brick Works Academy. Staff reserves the right to ask parents of disruptive students to withdraw from the programme. Refunds are not available to those who have disrupted the programme and been asked to leave.
Brick Works Academy and its staff are not responsible for any valuables or belongings brought to a workshop or camp by the student or parent. All necessary technology is made available by Brick Works Academy.
Physical goods are nonrefundable as they are custom ordered.
